Recording: Burnout among Palliative Care and Hospice Care Workers

Burnout is a phenomenon that affects every workplace; palliative care and hospice work are especially susceptible. In efforts to address this phenomenon, significant research has been done to address this concern. One area of research that has shown benefit is the implementation of a mindfulness program. The Palouse Program has been researched highlighting improvements in burnout, and this program was implemented at a home-based palliative care and hospice agency.
