Join us to expand understanding and awareness of the unique contributions that social workers and spiritual care providers make in the interdisciplinary care of persons facing a serious illness. Ten monthly, one-hour sessions will be offered beginning in March thru December 2024 and will focus on the eight Domains of Palliative Care (NCHP Guidelines 4th ed.).

Our first session, Thursday, 3/28/24, 12:00 PM. will be hosted by Dr. Rae Seitz, CEO of Hui Pohala, Jodi Shaw, LSW, APHSW-C and Clarence Liu, Chaplain. Continuing Education credit and certificates of attendance will be provided at no cost for those who are eligible (see details below).
