The Coalition for Compassionate Care of California (CCCC), a sister organization to Kōkua Mau, is hosting a free webinar on September 27 about what they have learned from a research project that’s been conducted by CCCC, UCLA and UCSF over the past two years.
The End of Life Option Act has been legal in California for two years. While not the first state to enact physician assisted death, California is the largest and most diverse state to take this path.
- What have they learned in California?
- What do they know about the experience of patients and caregivers, as well as healthcare professionals and organizations?
UCSF, UCLA and CCCC joined forces to find out more by convening key stakeholders from around the state and conducting empirical research. Find out what they have learned.
