The Educational Summit fee covers lunch (round table discussions) and refreshments for the day. The summit is a green conference, materials will be available for download prior to the summit, but no printed materials will be distributed.
Refund – To receive a refund for the registration fee, cancellation must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed less 20% service fee if made by October 28, 2011. Sorry, no refunds will be made after that date. Sorry, refunds will only be processed (after the Educational Summit) after Nov 20th.
Cancellation – This activity is subject to cancellation. In the unlikely event that it should be cancelled, refund of registration fees will be made in full; however, the sponsor(s) are not responsible for any travel costs you incur.
