Monday, April 16, 2018 is National Healthcare Decisions Day
We have a great opportunity to call attention to Advance Care Planning on National Healthcare Decisions Day/week.
Every April communities around the country celebrate National Healthcare Decisions Day. It is a great opportunity to get facilities, organizations and community groups talking about what is important to them. We are interested in getting our community talking, so we expanded the Hawai‘i time frame to a week or even a month. We’d love to have media coverage as well as a variety of events around town.
Please let Jeannette or Hope know if you would like to help.
