We are hosting “Overcoming the Challenges of Community-Based Palliative Care“, a live-streamed palliative care conference.

We will (again) together watch this high quality, state of the art live-streamed conference over 2 half-days on July 17 and 18 in Honolulu, this time at Chaminade University.

The palliative care conference is organized and presented by the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM) and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA).
