Palliative Pupus March 2018

We hope you can join Wednesday 3/15 for Palliative Pupus. This month hear how an individualized care plan allowed a patient to maintain independence and autonomy at end of life.
Come participate in an interactive interdisciplinary story from the cutting edge of hospice and palliative care and mingle with colleagues.
