Join us for two inspirational days of information\, rejuvenation\, and connection! \n\n\n\nHealthcare professionals\, patients\, caregivers\, and all others interested in serious illness best practices and policy advancements are encouraged to attend this premier conference on palliative care and advance care planning. Attendees will hear from inspiring speakers\, get the latest information on the state of serious illness care from thought leaders\, connect with colleagues and friends in breakouts and group discussions\, and have the opportunity to rejuvenate the mind and spirit with a variety of activities. \n\n\n\nJune 22 & 238:30 am – 1:00 PM HST \n\n\n\nWe have secured a special rate for residents of Hawai‘i. Subscribe to our eNewsletter for the most up-to-date information and zoom log-ins. \n\n\n\nLast Thursday of the month* from 3 to 5 pm (on zoom)\n\n\n\nEach month we have updates about events in the community and one or more guest speakers.Meetings are open to all.Each month’s topic is announced in our eNewsletterCurrent meetings are listed under ‘upcoming events’ on the right and in the calendar\n\n\n\n* Please note that there are always months with five Thursdays.
