These conversations encourage and empower people to take action\n around their own health care wishes and our trained ambassadors allow \nparticipants to get answers to questions and understand decisions they \nmay need to make. \n\n\n\nThe Let’s Talk Story program\n encourages groups to have two sessions. The two- session approach \nensures good opportunities for sharing information\, reflections\, \nquestions and time to talk with loved ones in-between. Or you can feed the meter machine  across the street at the DOH (which now has a two hour maximum enforced  24 hours). \n\n\n\nWhat is Palliative Pupus?\n\n\n\nOur first successful Palliative Pupus meeting was held November 17\, 2010 and has since become a bi-monthly event every third Wednesday of the month. (Except November due to Thanksgiving) \n\n\n\nThe model is an informal\, interactive\, collegial\, pau hana to present\n and discuss challenging cases as a group.  Palliative Pupus is for \nclinicians in a variety of fields: doctors\, nurses\, social workers\, \nchaplains.
