SUMMARY:KM Community Presentation Hongpa Hongwanji
DESCRIPTION:Community Presentation\n\nThis is a community presentation requested by and tailor made for Hongpa Hongwanji. Closed to the public. \nKōkua Mau’s Let’s Talk Story Program’s goal is to start and carry on the conversation in familiar settings\, breaking the ice to get people talking about uncomfortable but important topics. These conversations encourage and empower people to take action around their own health care wishes and our trained ambassadors allow participants to get answers to questions and understand decisions they may need to make. \nThe Let’s Talk Story program encourages groups to have two sessions. The two- session approach ensures good opportunities for sharing information\, reflections\, questions and time to talk with loved ones in-between. The two-session model allows time to evaluate follow-up actions.
