DESCRIPTION:This is a tailor made training by Kōkua Mau’s Let’s Talk Story Program for EUTF Lunch and Learn for the DCCA office (Not open to the public.) \n\n\n\nKōkua Mau’s Let’s Talk Story Program’s\n goal is to start and carry on the conversation in familiar settings\, \nbreaking the ice to get people talking about uncomfortable but important\n topics. These conversations encourage and empower people to take action\n around their own health care wishes and our trained ambassadors allow \nparticipants to get answers to questions and understand decisions they \nmay need to make. \n\n\n\nThe Let’s Talk Story program encourages groups to have two sessions.  The two- session approach ensures good opportunities for sharing  information\, reflections\, questions and time to talk with loved ones  in-between. The two-session model allows time to evaluate follow-up actions. \n\n\n\nThis is a training by Kōkua Mau’s Let’s Talk Story Program requested by and tailor made for EUTF. (Not open to the public.)
