In the second part Reimbursement Under the Community Palliative Care Benefit you will learn about the road map and the nuts and bolts of qualifying conditions\, covered services\, contracting requirements and the billing codes of the reimbursement process. \n\n\n\nSpeakers:  \n\n\n\nToby Smith Medical Director for Supportive Care and Medical Management at HMSA\, Geriatrician and Palliative Care Physician in skilled nursing facilities in Hawaiʻi.
