DESCRIPTION:This is the first of two community presentation requested by and tailor made for  Lanakila Seniors in Wahiawa. (Not open to the public.) \n\n\n\nKōkua Mau’s Let’s Talk Story Program’s\n goal is to start and carry on the conversation in familiar settings\, \nbreaking the ice to get people talking about uncomfortable but important\n topics. These conversations encourage and empower people to take action\n around their own health care wishes and our trained ambassadors allow \nparticipants to get answers to questions and understand decisions they \nmay need to make. \n\n\n\nThe Let’s Talk Story program\n encourages groups to have two sessions. The two- session approach \nensures good opportunities for sharing information\, reflections\, \nquestions and time to talk with loved ones in-between. The two-session \nmodel allows time to evaluate follow-up actions. \n\n\n\nThis is a training by Kōkua Mau’s Let’s Talk Story Program requested by and tailor made for Lanakila Seniors in Wahiawa.
